Signing of MOU between Infion Pharma and Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

On April 17, 2012, representatives from Infion Pharma and Daewoong Pharmaceutical CO., Ltd has signed the MOU in Jakarta.

This MOU officially marks the joint ventures of both company.
