On June 13th, 2014, PT Infion has signed the cooperation between our company and Institute of Tropical Disease from Airlangga University, also Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University, Surabaya. Airlangga’s Institute of Tropical Disease is the third largest development Research Center in Indonesia and among the 200 largest research center of Asia.
The representatives, Mr.Chang Woo Suh Ph.D., (Director of PT.Daewoong Infion), Dr. Hj. Umi Athijah, Apt, MS (Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Airlangga University), and the representative from Institute of Tropical Disease Airlangga University had signed a cooperation agreement for the joint development of Biotech products, in presence of Minister of Research and Technology Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Gusti Muhammad Hatta, MS during Workshop programme of Institutional Strengthening Featured Science Excellence Centre across Indonesia at Surabaya.
Not only that, PT Infion also works together with the Institute of Tropical Disease to market 3 products, including vaccines. In the future, we hope that this cooperation can help us to make Indonesia a better country, especially in health area.
